Le ceetalien : Un blog collaboratif au service de l’entreprise
Il y a maintenant 2 ans les laboratoires Ceetal ont pris la décision d’optimiser les échanges au sein de leur organisation.
Il s’agissait de proposer aux salariés du groupe un espace commun où chacun peut venir s’exprimer, partager ses expériences, commenter la vie de l’entreprise … Un lieu de vie en somme.
L’accompagnement
L’entreprise a été conseillée et suivie par Nextmodernity pour réaliser ce projet.Il s’agissait notamment de choisir une solution technique, de l’adapter aux besoins spécifiques des Laboratoires Ceetal et surtout de lui donner vie
L’entreprise
Les laboratoires Ceetal, commercialisent des spécialités chimiques en B to B. Ils possèdent un effectif de 140 salariés, dont une force de vente composée de 80 personnes réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire Français et qui sont de facto, hors des murs physiques de l’entreprise
Les paramètres de départ
- Créer des interactions sans contraintes de temps et d’espace entre les salariés de l’entreprise.
- Capitaliser les informations échangées
- Faciliter le management
- Montrer la capacité de l’entreprise à aller de l’avant, à toujours innover et avoir un coup d’avance
- Amener un élément de motivation aux commerciaux
